Specialised Dry Ice Blasting— done commercially.

Specialised Dry Ice Blasting

Non-abrasive, moisture-free cleaning for sensitive industrial equipment and surfaces.

Duct Clean Co. delivers specialised dry ice blasting for industrial machinery, electrical panels, production lines and sensitive surfaces across India. Cleaning is moisture-free, non-abrasive and done in place — no disassembly, no secondary waste — with parameters set per surface and photographic before-and-after verification.

The system problem

What is actually happening inside.

Production machinery, electrical panels and food-processing lines accumulate grease, carbon, release agents and biofilm — but water, solvents and abrasive media risk damage, corrosion and long shutdowns.

Conventional cleaning often means disassembly, drying time and disposal of contaminated media. For equipment that cannot be wet, those options are simply off the table.

01No moisture, no residue

Dry ice sublimates on impact — the contaminant is removed and the CO2 simply dissipates. Nothing wet, nothing left behind.

02No disassembly

Equipment is cleaned in place, often between shifts. Downtime drops from days to hours.

03Surface-safe

Non-abrasive and non-conductive, dry ice is safe on electrical panels, sensors, moulds and food-contact surfaces.

The DCC approach

Engineered around your operations.

We survey the equipment, contamination type and site utilities, then set blasting parameters — pellet size, pressure, stand-off — per surface. Work is zoned with extraction and CO2 monitoring, and every asset is photographed before and after.

Survey → Plan → Execute → Verify → Handover

B1 — Survey & inspection

  • 01Equipment and surface condition mapping
  • 02Contamination type identification (grease, carbon, biofilm, release agents)
  • 03Utilities, extraction and ventilation assessment
  • 04Parameter plan per surface with test patch

C1 — Cleaning methodology

  • 01Test patch to set parameters per surface
  • 02In-place blasting with controlled stand-off and pressure
  • 03HEPA extraction of dislodged contaminant
  • 04Post-clean surface inspection and photography
  • 05Equipment returned to operations with condition notes

C2 — Technology & equipment

  • 01Dry ice pellet blasting systems
  • 02Adjustable-pressure blasting units for sensitive surfaces
  • 03HEPA extraction and recovery
  • 04CO2 monitoring and ventilation control

C3 — Site protection & safety

  • 01CO2 levels monitored continuously in enclosed areas
  • 02Thermal, hearing and eye PPE for operators
  • 03Electrical lockout coordination with facility teams
  • 04No secondary waste stream — removed contaminant only

Every specialised dry ice blasting engagement closes with the DCC Evidence Standard: photographic records, signed checklists, system observations and a service certificate.

The evidence you receive at handover

  • Inspection record
  • Before photographs
  • Controlled execution log
  • After photographs
  • Completion checklist
  • Service certificate
  • Handover pack
  • Condition observations

The first step costs nothing

SEE YOUR SYSTEM.THEN DECIDE.

A DCC survey inspects the system, grades the condition with photographs, and tells you what the evidence supports. Scope follows evidence — never the other way around.
