These terms explain how website information and survey requests should be understood.
Website information
The website provides general information about commercial duct, exhaust and related hygiene services. A final method, scope, schedule, price or deliverable is confirmed only after the relevant system and facility requirements have been reviewed.
Survey requests
Submitting an enquiry does not create a service contract. DCC may review the location, facility type, system, access and requirement before confirming whether a survey or service can be offered.
Technical limitations
Service suitability depends on actual system dimensions, configuration, condition, contamination, access and facility controls. Website descriptions are not a substitute for a site-specific technical assessment.
Uploaded information
You should upload only files you are authorised to share. Uploaded photographs and documents are used to review the commercial enquiry and should not contain unnecessary personal, confidential or security-sensitive information.
Intellectual property
The DCC name, logo, website copy and original visual material may not be reproduced or represented as another organisation’s work without written permission.
